Doing something for the first time can often make it special and for lots of people, whether you're 1 or 81, their first visit to the theatre was memorable. Perhaps it was shared with some of the most important people in your life, maybe it was a Christmas treat or a school trip. Do you remember a scary witch, a long legged puppet or shedding a tear over the star-crossed lovers?
At Theatre Hullabaloo, we're proud to be responsible for lots of 'Theatre Firsts' and know how important they are. Some of our favourite Theatre Firsts are from parents or grandparents who missed out on going to the theatre when they were small and are enjoying discovering these experiences with their little ones.
To celebrate the importance of theatre firsts, we're going to be asking people to share their memories of their first theatre experience throughout 2013 - if you can remember your Theatre First, tell us about it. You could win tickets to our next show and help us to tell the world how important theatre firsts can be!
Visit our dedicated Theatre Firsts Blog where we will be sharing the memories of children and adults alike.
Tell us your Theatre Firsts on Twitter @HullabalooTweet or visit our Facebook page.
